The V20 Asian Line Polisher has an exclusive formula for soft varnish paints. It was specially developed for the refining stage during automotive polishing, with the purpose of removing marks from P.2000 to P.2500 grit sandpaper or scratches of the same magnitude, marks from the cutting stage and micro-scratches, presenting an excellent finish and shine.

RECOMMENDED USE

Painting, chrome surface, piano black and wheels.

IDEAL BERET FOR THE REFINING STAGE

• Use Foam Refining Cap or Voxer Refining and Polishing Cap.

• Work in areas measuring 50cm x 50cm.

• Perform crossed and overlapping passes until the product forms a thin film on the piece.

WORK ROTATION (ROTARY POLISHER/ROTO ORBITAL)

• Work rotation (Rotary/roto orbital polisher)

• Rotary polisher: Working speed 1000 to 1200 rpm

• Roto orbital polisher: Working speed from 2240 to 2880 opm.
